More Practice (Skin)

The first thing that sticks out to me about the portrait is the lack of eyebrows. Has she shaved them off, or did you simply forget to draw them in? Given that eyebrows contribute so much to how expressive a human face looks, I feel that their omission makes her expression appear blank. Also, you forgot to draw in the character's eyelids. The way you have it now, her eyes look like stickers that have been stuck to her face.

I do like the thin highlight on her anime-like nose, but how come her lips don't have highlights too? Highlights on lips give them the sort of glossy look that you want on a woman whom I presume you intended to be pretty.

On a concluding note, her chin is awfully pointy, though that may be due to the cartoonish style.
